Titirangi Volunteer Coastguard Crew

Titirangi Volunteer Coastguard crew. We currently have 30 volunteer members split in to 4 crews 'Blue Watch', 'Green Watch', 'Red Watch', 'Yellow Watch'. Each crew rotates duty and is on call for 7 days, from 19.30 Thursday (our weekly training day at the unit) until 19.30 the following Thursday. Although we have no dedicated day crew, several of our members work locally for themselves or have kind employers and are able to attend call outs during the working week. At all other times, during the weekends and evenings/nights the duty crew is expected to attend call outs.

The Titirangi Volunteer Coastguard is made up of a number of volunteers in various positions:
